I like everything in Flannel.. the goods , staff, the price, the shop location, except the fees for ordering on line while I am in the Flannel shop, I don’t understand why I pay approximately 7£ if they want to order my size from other branches 🤷🏻♀️

What can I say? Brilliant service from first to last. My first experience with Flannels and it will not be my last…… thank you! You deserve 5 stars!

I was looking for a particular item, which was available from several retailers, but Flannels offered it at the best price. I hadn't bought from them before, but was very impressed with the speed of delivery (they contacted me twice after placing the order to update me with an earlier delivery date, which ended up being the next day). The shoes were well packaged, and I absolutely love them!
Received a damaged item
Received a damaged item. The website states you need to click on a specific link to return faulty items. The link doesn't work so I tried contact via the live chat. I got cut off a few times then finally got through to someone - the photo I had to submit wouldn't upload so they said they would email me. They didn't. Tried the chat again and finally got someone to email me. We exchanged a few messages and they said they would arrange a collection. They didn't. Finally I got told to send it and was given a free return code. The code didn't work. I got another code and got the return. I've now been refunded but not for the original postage cost and my refund email said the reason was 'change of mind' when I know I selected 'item fault'. They know they need to refund postage for faulty items so have claimed the return was for another reason. It took me hours to get this far and I can't be bothered to chase the initial postage because they ignore you, are rude and unhelpful at every step. Will never shop there again, terrible company to deal with if something is wrong.

Ordered 2 stone island polos asked to be delivered on the 11th both flannels and dpd sent me confirming this . Delivered on the 4th when no one was is left outside and the parcel has gone . It’s been over 2 weeks and still no news on my items or refund absolutely shocking customer service will not be ordering from there again

Bad experience for me
Bad experience for me. Ordered 2 tops which cost 6.99 to get delivered to there store. Didn't like tops so returned both which cost a further 3.99 to return. Received payment for 1 top and I've since been told I only returned 1 top. My returned slip from the Royal mail clearly states 2 items returned. They now say I only returned 1 item and the case is closed. They sent me a email asking me to do a review which I did without any swearing or anger and they sent me a email saying they didn't like my review so they are rejecting it. So I've spent 10.98 on delivery and 40 on a top and don't have. So this robbing company has now collected 50.98 from me and I have nothing to show for it. They dragged the email out for days and days. Disgusting. Never again will I use a mike Ashley company

Faulty Goods & awful customer service
I bought a bag which was faulty. When I went to store to return the attitude of the manager was unfriendly and as though I was an inconvenience. Had to spend 40mins in store to get the bag returned and then wait for someone to call customer services. I was then told I’d get 10% off and free next day delivery and got sent a code. I went home to reorder the same bag and code wasn’t working. Had to contact customer services to then be informed the discount couldn’t be applied as mulberry was expempt. I was then given another code for free next day delivery. This code also did not work. I then had to pay delivery again even though I already paid delivery, I contacted customer services again to be told there was nothing they could do and I wouldn’t be reimbursed. Worst customer service I have ever received.
